a book drive for kids

reading is for everyone

and has the incredible power to help us feel renewed, understood and not alone. in honor of this truth and in recognition of international literacy day, we held a children’s book drive at OURS.

so many families came out to support and donated their pre-loved children’s books for a cause (and maybe a fresh baked cinnamon bun or two). it was inspiring to see so many little humans generously give up their cherished books for those in need.

through the giving spirit of community, we were able to donate over 50 books to asylum seeking children and families of the swiss red cross of zürich.
